Trusted Choice Homecare is excited to offer CDPA Peer Mentoring as a benefit to our consumers and families beginning May 1, 2020.

CDPA Peer Mentoring is a FREE service that connects you with a certified Peer Mentor who has lived experience as a consumer in CDPA and has successfully completed training to assist you with questions and challenges you may have about the program.
