Payroll Associate

Summary: The Payroll Associate reports to the CSS Team Lead. This position will play an important role in the daily operations of the Company and will partner closely with the customer service team.

Position Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):

• Assist with payroll processing function.
• Communicate with field staff and consumers regarding shift time, to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Support the customer service department with employee related issues (ex. Payroll questions).
• Other duties as assigned.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Associate Degree and/or 1-2 years in a similar position.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Candidate must be a reliable individual who takes ownership of their work and responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Must work well with others, and team oriented.
