Trusted Nurse Staffing, LLC, sister company of Trusted Choice Homecare, today announced it has been named as a finalist for the “Best Places to Work” by Buffalo Business First, a leading business newspaper serving the region.
The company is being recognized in the “Best Place to Work” Large category for companies with 100-250 employees. Winners will be announced at the 18th annual “Best Places to Work” luncheon held on March 16.
Local companies were selected by Quantum Workplace using an employee engagement survey that measures six key engagement categories focusing on communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership. To gather statistically sound results, companies must reach a minimum level of employee participation, based on the total number of employees. More than 80 percent of Trusted Nurse Staffing’s Buffalo-based associates participated in the voluntary survey.
